License & Requirements

3 questions

For bikes over 50cc, you need a valid home-country driving license AND an International Driving Permit (IDP) endorsed for motorcycles. For bikes 50cc and under, a home-country license alone is sufficient. Thai law requires you to carry both documents at all times while riding.
We accept IDPs issued under the 1949 or 1968 Geneva Convention, which covers most countries. IDPs must be accompanied by your original national license. If you're unsure whether your IDP is valid in Thailand, contact us before booking and we'll confirm.
The minimum age is 18 years for scooters up to 125cc. For larger bikes (250cc and above), the minimum age is 21 with at least 2 years of riding experience. A valid license and IDP are required regardless of age. Age verification is done at pickup.

Insurance & Safety

4 questions

Yes — basic third-party liability (TPL) insurance is included with every rental at no extra charge. This covers damage or injury to third parties. For comprehensive protection including damage to the rental bike itself, we offer Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) for ฿100/day — strongly recommended.
CDW reduces your financial liability for damage to the rental bike to a maximum excess of ฿3,000 per incident. Without CDW, you are responsible for the full cost of repairs up to the bike's value. CDW does not cover theft, damage from riding under the influence, or off-road use.
Yes — two helmets (rider + passenger) are included with every rental free of charge. Wearing a helmet is mandatory by Thai law and strictly enforced in Bangkok. We provide DOT-certified full-face and open-face helmets. Additional helmets can be rented for ฿50/day.
In case of an accident: (1) Ensure everyone's safety and call emergency services if needed (191 for police, 1669 for ambulance). (2) Do NOT move the bike if possible. (3) Call our 24/7 emergency line immediately. (4) Take photos of the scene. We'll guide you through the insurance claim process.

Pickup & Return

3 questions

Our main shop is located in central Bangkok (Sukhumvit area). Pickup hours are 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM daily, including public holidays. We also offer hotel delivery within Bangkok for ฿200 per trip. The exact address and Google Maps link are included in your booking confirmation email.
The refundable security deposit ranges from ฿3,000 (scooters) to ฿5,000 (large bikes). It is collected at pickup by cash or card hold. The full deposit is returned at the end of your rental, provided the bike is returned on time, undamaged, and with a full fuel tank.
A grace period of 1 hour is allowed. After that, late returns are charged at the daily rate prorated per hour. If you know you'll be late, please call us as soon as possible — we'll do our best to accommodate you and may be able to extend your booking if the bike isn't reserved.

Roadside Assistance

3 questions

Yes — all rentals include 24/7 roadside assistance throughout Thailand. If your bike breaks down, call our emergency hotline and we'll dispatch help. For breakdowns within Bangkok, our team typically arrives within 30–60 minutes. For upcountry breakdowns, we coordinate with local partners.
If the breakdown is due to a mechanical fault (not rider error or accident), we will repair or replace the bike at no cost to you. We'll also provide a replacement bike if repairs take more than 4 hours, so your trip isn't disrupted. All our bikes are serviced before every rental.
Yes — you can ride anywhere in Thailand. Just let us know your planned route at booking so we can note it. Roadside assistance coverage applies nationwide. For trips to remote areas (e.g., northern mountains), we recommend the CDW add-on and carrying a spare tire kit, available for ฿50/day.
